Accessibility statement

This site is built to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings. If something here gets in your way, tell us and we'll fix it — you'll get a person, not a ticket number.

Our commitment

What standard do we build to?

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is the standard referenced by most accessibility regulation worldwide, including guidance under the Americans with Disabilities Act. We treat it as a working target rather than a certificate — we test against it as we build, and we fix what we find.

We are not claiming perfection. Any site of this size will have gaps, and new pages introduce new ones. What we commit to is this: if you report a barrier, we will respond, and we will not argue with you about whether it counts.

What we have done

Specific measures in place across this site:

  • Keyboard navigation throughout. Every interactive element — menus, tools, form fields, the priority ranking in the plan builder — can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone. The ranking control also responds to arrow keys, not just dragging.
  • Visible focus indicators. A high-contrast outline marks whatever currently has keyboard focus, so you always know where you are.
  • Skip link. A "skip to main content" link is the first thing a keyboard or screen reader user reaches on every page, so you do not have to tab through the whole menu each time.
  • Reduced motion respected. If your device is set to reduce motion, animations, scroll reveals, counters and smooth scrolling are disabled automatically.
  • Text alternatives. Every meaningful image carries descriptive alternative text. Decorative elements are hidden from assistive technology so they do not add noise.
  • Semantic structure. Real headings in a logical order, one main heading per page, proper landmarks, and lists marked up as lists — so a screen reader can navigate by structure.
  • Labelled controls. Every form field has a visible, associated label. Error messages are announced to assistive technology rather than only shown visually.
  • Live regions. Results that appear after an action — a submitted form, a generated plan, a score — are announced rather than silently replacing the page.
  • Colour contrast. Body text and interface elements are checked against the WCAG AA contrast ratios. Colour is never the only way information is conveyed; status is always carried by text as well.
  • Resizable text. The layout holds together when text is enlarged up to 200%, without content being cut off or overlapping.
  • Responsive down to small screens. Content reflows to a single column without horizontal scrolling, and touch targets are sized to be tapped comfortably.
  • Video without autoplay audio. Background video on this site is silent, decorative, hidden from assistive technology, and disabled entirely when reduced motion is requested.

Where we know there are gaps

Being honest about limitations is more useful than a blanket claim of compliance. Two things we are aware of: our interactive tools are complex controls, and while they are keyboard operable and labelled, they have not been tested against every screen reader and browser combination in use. And some third-party content, such as embedded maps or scripts we do not control, may not meet the same standard.

If you hit either of these, contact us. We can walk you through any tool by phone and give you the same result, or send it to you in a plain-text format that works with your setup.

How to report a problem

Contact us any of these ways and describe what happened. Telling us the page, what you were trying to do, and what device or assistive technology you were using helps enormously, but a rough description is fine too.

Response time
We aim to reply within two business days and to fix confirmed barriers as quickly as we reasonably can. If a fix will take time, we will tell you why and give you a workaround in the meantime.

An accessible site is also a better-performing site

This is not only a compliance matter, and it is worth saying plainly to any contractor reading this who is thinking about their own website. Most accessibility work overlaps exactly with the work that makes a site convert: readable text, clear labels, real headings, keyboard-usable forms, sufficient contrast, and content that machines can parse.

That last point matters more every year. The same structure that lets a screen reader understand your page is what lets a search engine and an AI assistant understand it. A site built properly for people is, almost by accident, built properly for AI search too.

If you would like your own site checked, the website scorecard covers several of these items, and the free audit goes further.

Formal details

This statement applies to advertisingforcontractors.com. The site is operated by Eye To Ad Media, 1001 Bannock St, Suite 660, Denver, CO 80204. This statement was last reviewed in August 2026 and is updated as the site changes.

Assessment approach: self-evaluation against WCAG 2.1 Level AA, carried out during development using automated structural checks and manual keyboard and screen reader testing. We have not commissioned a third-party audit, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.

Questions

Accessibility questions

What accessibility standard does this site follow?
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.1, at Level AA. That is the standard referenced by most accessibility regulation worldwide, including guidance issued under the Americans with Disabilities Act. We treat it as a working target that we test against as we build, rather than a certificate we claim to have earned.
How do I report an accessibility problem on this website?
Call 1-800-481-8638 or email info@eyetoad.com and describe what happened. Telling us the page, what you were trying to do and what device or assistive technology you were using helps a great deal, but a rough description is fine. We aim to reply within two business days and to fix confirmed barriers as quickly as we reasonably can.
Can I use the free tools with a screen reader or keyboard only?
Yes. Every interactive control on the site can be reached and operated by keyboard alone, including the priority ranking in the plan builder, which responds to arrow keys as well as dragging. Form fields carry visible labels and results are announced rather than appearing silently. If any tool still gives you trouble, call us and we will walk you through it and give you the same result.
Does the site respect reduced motion settings?
Yes. If your device or browser is set to reduce motion, all animations, scroll reveals, animated counters and smooth scrolling are disabled automatically, and background video is not played at all. Background video on this site is silent, decorative and hidden from assistive technology in every case.
Has this site been audited by a third party?
No. The assessment is a self-evaluation against WCAG 2.1 Level AA, carried out during development using automated structural checks together with manual keyboard and screen reader testing. We would rather state that plainly than imply a formal audit we have not commissioned.
